HELLO!

Minna Abalian (she/her) is a mixed media designer and filmmaker based in Boston. Through an intuitively led creative process, her work focuses on color and texture to highlight beauty in the mundane.

She recently graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (2024) with a BFA in Animation and a Minor in Creative Writing. Her next steps are to foster more play in the creative process and take on new projects that challenge her skills and invite meaningful storytelling.

When she's not drawing, you can find her playing the piano, baking sweets, or reviewing movies with friends!
